How to upgrade your spaghetti

Today I was was wondering what to eat, then I remembered my sister
made this delicious spaghetti with onions. I'm going to put my own little
twist to it to make it even better.

Ingredients:
1/4 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. butter
cooked pasta (any pasta will work.)

Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan and let it melt.
Then, add the onions, and at this time you can add salt and pepper for taste. Let the onions fry for one minute, then add your garlic, let it fry for 45 seconds, or until golden brown. ( Remember to keep stirring and not to burn your onions. )
Once your onions are done, turn off the heat and add your pasta. You can now add your other 1 tablespoon of butter on the pan. Now, you stir until onions and pasta until all is mixed.
Now the twist, for this pasta you don't need tomato sauce! And yes, this is the best pasta you will ever have.

P.S. I thank my sister Tori for giving me this awesome idea: )

Homemade Quick Potato Chips

Sorry guys, I have not  been writing any stuff on my blog. For all the chip lovers and the healthy people out there, I'm sharing my delicious recipe with you.
First, wash your potatoes properly. By the way, you do not have to peel your potatoes.
Using a knife or a mandolin slicer, cut the potatoes thinly. Place the potato slices on a paper towel as shown.
Cover them with another paper towel and press with your hands to remove moisture.
Place potato slices in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, add a little(!) salt, and mix the ingredients.
Put parchment paper on microwave safe plate (my mom arranged two plates in the microwave to save the time).  Place plate(s) in microwave for 4 minutes. Turn the slices over and cook for 3-4 minutes. Watch your slices so they do not burn.
Your chips will look like this:)

You may want to try sweet potato (photo below), zucchini, carrots, or other vegetables.
PS. The thinner you slice the vegetables, the faster they cook.

Classic Deviled Eggs

I'm going to show you how to make the most delicious Deviled eggs you'll ever have.
First, boil your eggs. Get some mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and relish.
I used four eggs, 1 tablespoon of mayo, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoons of relish.
Peel the hard boiled eggs. Cut them in half and scoop out the yoke into a bowl.
Put your mayo, Dijon mustard, relish and mix it until it is smooth.
When it's smooth, put it into a small plastic bag. Put it all in one corner of the bag.Cut a small but not too big hole in the corner were you put the egg mixture in. Grab the egg whites and pipe the egg mixture into.

You can also simply spoon yolk mixture into the egg whites.
[ You can sprinkle some paprika or add chopped herbs]
It's grate for parties and a  snack for after school!!!                                      YUM  CHOMP CHOMP

Heart Eggs

For Mother's Day I made my mom Heart Eggs for breakfast.
I used 1 hot dog and  2 eggs.
First, cut the hot dog in half, then cut the half longwise leaving 1/2".
Then, curve the hot dog backwards forming a heart shape.
Using a tooth pick, join the ends.
Place the  hearts on the hot pan with a little of oil, cut side down. Crack one egg in. In 2 minutes, flip the eggs over...
P.S. it is really good with cheese on top.
